Offers / Quotations We will honor all offers, estimates, price quotes made by Rocky Mountain Diagnostics, Inc. in writing for a maximum of 30 days.
Shipping We ship Monday-Thursday only, and to avoid potential problems we only ship via overnight services. We will gladly ship on your account number if you prefer. Just make sure to note this on your purchase order. Dry-ice orders: a $15 handling fee will be added to the shipping costs. Rocky Mountain Diagnostics will provide the packages with sufficient dry ice to assure adequate cooling for at least 24 hours in case of domestic shipments and 48 in the case of international shipments. Rocky Mountain Diagnostics, Inc. cannot be held liable for loss or delay caused by strikes, accidents, delays of shipping companies, acts of God, or other causes beyond Rocky Mountain Diagnostics Inc.’s control.
Pricing and Terms Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to charge interest on payments not received within 90 days, and pass these accounts on to collection agencies. Warranty Any modifications to a test procedure will void all warranties. Returns/Claims: Products may not be returned to Rocky Mountain Diagnostics without a Returned Goods Authorization. Shipping instructions must be obtained from Rocky Mountain Diagnostics. Some products, due to their biological nature, are considered final sales as soon as they are fulfilled. Damaged goods or product deficiencies: If the product arrives damaged or presents deficiencies in any other way and we are notified of damage/deficiencies within 7 days of receipt, we will issue a Returned Goods Authorization.
