A 100-fold boost of the sensitivity of the conventional BA 10-0900 Serotonin ELISA technology is possible by combination of LDN´s EIA technology and a new sample acylation device.

Standards refer to: A = 0 pg / B = 2 pg /C = 6.7 pg / D = 20 pg / E = 67 pg / F = 333 pg ; Notice: (pg = pg / sample)

Sample volumes from 1 – 20 µl may be used

Evaluated for Ringer buffer, PBS and 0.9% NaCl. Easy evaluation for other buffers possible.
