With the unique FLORIDA Technology (Fluorescence Labelled Optical-Read Immuno Dipstick Assay) it is possible to determine Histamine with a sensitivity of 5 ppm for fish samples – and still read the test signal visually even under bad light conditions or in complete darkness. In contrast to gold and latex beads used in traditional rapid immunoassays HistaSure uses a fluorescence dye to label the antibody.
